Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to dailies ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is published by MB AGI Studio (Lithuania).
2. The Service
- Create habits with a daily, weekday, specific-day, or weekly schedule
- Mark each habit on the days you do it, and see the streak that accrues
- A month view, per-habit totals, and a best-ever streak
- Optional local reminders at a time you choose
- Export of everything you have recorded, as plain text
2.1 Not Medical or Psychological Advice
dailies is a tool for keeping a record. It does not diagnose, treat, or offer advice on health, mental health, or behaviour change, and nothing in it should be relied on as such. If a habit you are tracking relates to a health condition, talk to a qualified professional.
2.2 Free and Plus
The App has a free version and a paid subscription called Plus. The free version keeps two habits and the current month. Plus adds unlimited habits, your full history, your longest run and total, and reminders.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, not by us. We never receive your payment details
- The yearly plan begins with a free trial period stated on the purchase screen. Unless cancelled before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before a period ends, in iOS Settings under your Apple Account
- Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase and may differ by country
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms; we cannot issue them
- If your subscription lapses, nothing you recorded is deleted. The free limits simply apply again
3. Your Data Is Yours
- Everything you enter stays on your device. We hold no copy and can neither read, restore, nor delete it for you
- You can export it as plain text at any time from Settings
- Deleting the App deletes everything it stored, permanently and immediately, whether or not you subscribe
- Keeping a backup is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for how iCloud Backup covers this
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what applicable law permits
- Do not redistribute the App or present it as your own
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its name, its artwork, and its interface are owned by MB AGI Studio. The typefaces it uses are licensed under the SIL Open Font License; those licences ship inside the App. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the App to you, and nothing transfers ownership of your habit records to us.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind
- We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered. They are scheduled through iOS and depend on your device, its settings, and its state
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that records will never be lost through device failure, an operating system change, or your own deletion
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB AGI Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law
7. Changes
- We may modify or discontinue features, or update these terms
- Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page with reasonable notice
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
